We don't see many young neighborhoods of this size in Bellingham. The terrain is varied and the homes are surrounded by mature woods making it the perfect combination of subdivision living and a nature lovers paradise. Facing west from the highest point in this neighborhood one can appreciate some spectacular sunsets.
